Georgia – Legislation Amends Existing Provisions Regarding Foreign Entities

House Bill 143 (Act No. 57) signed by the governor May 1 and effective June 1 amends existing provisions regarding foreign entities acting in a fiduciary capacity in Georgia and filing a statement with the Secretary of State including appointment of an agent for service of process.
